Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with premium partners like EasyParcel to ensure your package arrives safely.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners. We cannot personally guarantee exact delivery dates as the timeframe is subject to the courier's internal schedule and logistics.

• Typical estimates range from 3–7 business days after pickup, depending on your location.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the courier service where applicable.
