Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LumineCraft Lab Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds will only be considered for items that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, and where a replacement is not available.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your request. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment via HitPay. The time taken for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

Right to Reject Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
